The data controller is the individual who decides on the purpose and means of processing the personal data collected through this website.
2. Purpose of processing
Personal data that the User provides through the contact form or by email is processed in order to:
- Handle and reply to inquiries and requests for information sent by the User.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the User when the User has expressly initiated it.
- Comply with the legal obligations that apply to the controller.
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out on the basis of this data.
3. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given by accepting this Privacy Policy when sending the form.

4. Data collected
The contact form collects the following personal data:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company or organization and role (optional)
- Message content (required)
When the form is sent, the User's email app opens with the message prepared; the data only reaches the controller when the User sends that email. No special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR are collected. The User guarantees that the data provided is accurate.
5. Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the User's request and then for a maximum of three (3) years from the last interaction, unless the User requests earlier deletion or the data must be kept to comply with legal obligations.
6. Recipients
The User's personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Only the providers strictly necessary to run the website (email provider and web hosting provider) may access it, acting as processors with appropriate safeguards under Article 28 GDPR.
The website also uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for aggregated analytics purposes only, and only when the User gives consent. Google may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area (including the United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. IP addresses are anonymized. See the Cookie Policy for details.
